Except for spouses applying together at the same time for a specific unit, EACH applicant 18 and older that will be on the lease will need to complete his/her own Rental Application.

Print out and complete all required sections of the Application Package and fax (or mail) to our office, Attn: Rental App Processing Dept. All forms must be signed where required. DO NOT have your employer or current landlord complete the verification forms. We will send to those sources via fax to verify information.
All applications MUST be accompanied by Application Fee; applicants can either pay securely online via PayPal below) or send check to our mailing address, payable to CALROB REALTY CO.  Please allow 5 business days for processing rental application. Please refer to the following Rental Application Fee Schedule when making payment.

Landlord’s Managing Agent, in such capacity, is acting as agent only, and in such capacity, Landlord’s Managing Agent (as well as the officers and managers of Landlord’s Managing Agent) shall have no personal liability and shall in no event be held liable to Landlord or to any tenant, contractor, or service provider, for the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of any of the terms, covenants or conditions of any agreement or for any action or proceedings that may be taken by or against Landlord, and this limit of liability shall inure to the benefit of Landlord’s Managing Agent's successors and assigns, and their respective principals, officers, and directors.

*** A CO-SIGNOR
is a person who will NOT be living in the apartment, is NOT a student, has a full-time job (or other adequate AND VERIFIABLE means of income), has good-excellent credit, and agrees IN WRITING to GUARANTEE and be jointly responsible for the rent and any damages incurred by the tenant(s) living at a property. This person is usually a parent, guardian, or other sponsor, but can also be anyone financially able who meets the above criteria.  PLEASE NOTE: You will need co-signer(s) if, at the time of lease application: 1.You are a student; 2.You do not have a full-time job; 3. Your salary is less than 1/3 of the rent you will owe; 4.You have been working for less than one year, and/or, you have been working for your current employer for less than one year; and/or 5. You have fair - bad credit.  Ask our office for a Co-signor Application if you believe you will need a Co-signor.
